History

The Macquarie University Security Studies & Criminology Society was officially established in 2018 following a merger between the Security Studies and Intelligence Society and the Macquarie University Criminology Society. The first constitution of the Macquarie University Security Studies &  Criminology Society was entered into force on the 3rd of October 2019. It would take one year later before the Constitution for this society would be approved. 

The Society History is continually being worked on as in an effort to improve transparency for the society and to create engagement in the society as a transparent future requires a transparent past.
