Progress Update: Members' Library

On the 18th of September, we were informed by the SRC that our grant application for the library was successful. The Society was awarded $1564 to spend on the acquisition of textbooks, as displayed here, the Society has received its first lot of material which joins the initial collection of material donated from the President. 

We intend to launch the Library at soon to be announced AGM. We will temporarily waive the maximum loan period of 5 weeks until Week 1 Semester 1 (conditions apply: Must still be a student of Macquarie University in Semester 1, 2027 among other factors on the form). 

We're also developing an online inventory system that will let members know what is available prior to borrowing from the collection.
